Shipping Destinations
We currently ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations.
Orders are dispatched from:
- India (primary dispatch – made-to-order / curated styles)
- Australia (limited ready stock, where available)
Dispatch location depends on product availability.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customised, festive, or high-demand products may require additional processing time.
- Customers will be notified if there is any significant delay.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Australia:
Estimated delivery timeframe: Up to 4 weeks, depending on the origin of the product being shipped.
Orders dispatched from Australia may arrive sooner, while products dispatched from India may require additional transit time.
International Orders:
Estimated delivery timeframe: Up to 4 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs, courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Australia-wide shipping is charged at a flat rate of AUD $19.99 upto a 3 kg weight limit.
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, package weight, and shipping method.
Prices are displayed clearly before order confirmation.
International Orders:
Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the courier system.
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional re-shipping charges
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect customer information
Jewellery & Delicate Items
- All jewellery and delicate products are securely packed to minimise transit damage.
- Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/Videos.
Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Customs clearance processes
- Courier partner delays
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
However, we will always assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner
Consumer Rights (Australian Consumer Law)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to remedies for:
- Items lost in transit
- Items not delivered
- Items that arrive damaged or faulty
